How It Works

  • Fill Out Inquiry Form

    Tell us about your child/children, educational goals, and ideal teaching setup.

  • Introductory Video Meeting

    Meet with our team to clarify your needs and walk through the process.

  • Sign Commitment Letter and Pay Membership Fee

    To move forward with recruitment, placement, and instructional design for your family, you would sign a commitment letter and pay the first membership fee.

  • In-Person Consultation

    We travel to your home to better understand your environment, values, goals, and expectations. This meeting tends to be 2-5 hours to dig into the details and align on your ideal teacher profile.

  • Recruitment and Interview Process

    We source, screen, and present top-tier educators for your review and selection. At the same time, we are focused on instructional design for your program.

  • Placement & Program Launch

    You decide on your teacher match, and we finish the instructional design to launch the program!
